Justin has been a lifesaver and a magician, and an inspiration and a partner. We've worked on so many projects for the Energy Assistance Program and the Do the Right Thing committee and it seems like each one tops the last. Justin has created countless videos, posters, certificate, postcards and other documents that have added a polished and professional look to everything we do. He can do a serious and poignant piece highlighting the County's work related to homelessness or human trafficking as well as produce fun, lighted-hearted pieces for our employee engagement program. I love that I can tell him I need a thingy-magingy for a dobop whacha-macall-it and he produces what was in my mind's eye. Justin is great to work with, dedicated and enthusiastic. He is someone I am proud to have on my team.

I had the privilege to work Justin when I was the Director of Health and Human Services for Milwaukee County. In impressive fashion, he got up to speed quickly in a complex department that oversees one thousand employees and a $330 million dollar budget. Justin has diverse talents and expertise in marketing and communications. He is able to tell stories in a compelling way. He also is very strategic and played a key role in advising on larger strategic matters for the organization. Justin was a valuable employee and good team member.

I worked with Justin on several important marketing initiatives at Milwaukee County, including designing a first-ever enterprise brand and integrated communications strategy. He brings fresh creative perspectives and a tireless work ethic. He demonstrated effective and collaborative leadership on the County MarComm Council where he spearheaded an analysis of ways the County can leverage its trademark logo in more impactful ways.
