Milwaukee Justice Center

Complete Brand Package

In 2012, the Milwaukee Justice Center, a three-way partnership between the Milwaukee County Clerk of Circuit Court, the Milwaukee Bar Association Foundation, and Marquette University Law School, had both a problem, and an opportunity.

While it started off as a set of bank-teller-style windows in the corner of the Court’s records center, the leaders governing the Justice Center envisioned something more substantial.  With a series of gifts from major donors and commitments from the County government, a complete renovation of the entire space was undertaken.  However, the Milwaukee Justice Center needed a presence to justify their portion, and prove to volunteer attorneys and law students that this was a worthy place to donate their time, and prove to our clients that they would get quality help they could rely on.

Mission

To create a brand that integrates design elements of the new renovation project, and incorporates the concepts of trust, cooperation, and professionalism, but with the needed flexibility to stay modern.

Identified Opportunities
  • A new logo and brand manual for usage.
  • Updated web presence to reflect new logo.
  • Implementation in newsletters, annual reports, signage, web, social media, and promotions.
